Medivance, Inc. (“Medivance”) is committed to preserving the privacy of information that users of the Site may share with us. This Privacy Policy contains the guidelines that govern our collection, use, protection and disclosure of the personal and non-personal information of users of the Site.

Medivance employees and contractors who will have access to the Personal Information provided by registered users of this Site are subject to confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and may not disclose such information or use it for any purpose outside the scope of their duties.

ANONYMOUS INFORMATION AND DE-IDENTIFIED PERSONAL INFORMATION

Medivance may use cookies that automatically collect anonymous, non-personal information when users access the Site. CHAT ROOMS, FORUMS, BLOGS

Medivance does not currently maintain a chat room, bulletin board, blog or other visitor information sharing forum on the Site. However, such forums may be available on web sites that are linked to the Site. Please be aware that such information sharing forums are often accessible by the public and are not covered by this Privacy Notice.

CHILDREN

The material on this Site is intended for our customers and health care professionals, and is not intended for use by children under the age of 18 without parental or guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from children.

MERGER OR SALE OF ASSETS

Medivance could merge with or be acquired by another business entity, or all or substantially all of their respective assets could be acquired. Should such a combination, acquisition or transaction occur, you should expect that Medivance will share some or all of your Personal Information with the acquiring or merged entity in order to maintain this Site or a successor web site of the acquiring or merged entity.
