
Mr. McGrevin is currently Chairman of the Board of Medivance and has an active management role in the Company. He is also a Board Member of two additional companies, HydroDynamics Inc. and Real Time Medical Data, Inc. Previously, Mr. McGrevin held the position of Chairman of the Board and acting CEO of Microtek Medical Holdings, which has been acquired by Ecolab. In 1997, he was a Co-Founder and Chairman of PetNet Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which later merged into CTI, Inc. and was purchased by Siemens in 2005.
Bob Kline is a Co-Founder and has over 20 years experience in the medical device industry. Prior to founding Medivance, Bob held the position of Vice President of Vesta Medical, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pfizer, where he had general management responsibilities for all aspects of the company's operations. He also served as Director of Business Development for Valleylab, where he was responsible for all acquisition, license, and OEM activities. Bob has held management positions in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance with Puritan Bennett and COBE Cardiovascular. Bob earned an MBA from the University of Colorado, a Master of Science from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science from Colorado College.
Bob Holburn has over 30 years experience in senior financial management positions in private and public technology companies. He most recently held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of ipSEAL, Inc., a venture capital-backed telecommunication software company. Bob held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administration Officer for Solant, Inc., and prior to that was the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Rogue Wave Software, Inc. He has extensive tenures with Advanced Power Technology and Texas Instruments. Bob earned an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a Bachelor of Science from University of Rhode Island, and was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army.
Gary Carson is a mechanical engineer with 35 years experience developing and producing products for the medical industry, including both adult and pediatric membrane blood oxygenators, perfusion systems, blood salvage systems and electrosurgical return electrodes. He holds 33 U.S. patents. Previously, Gary was Senior Engineering Manager at COBE Cardiovascular. Gary has also held engineering management positions at Valleylab.
Steve has served in several key sales and marketing roles for over 25 years in the medical device industry. He got his start as a graduate marketing intern with Johnson & Johnson, and was promoted to Territory Sales and Field Sales Trainer roles. He moved to Boston Scientific Corporation where he worked for 12 years, ultimately as National Director of Sales and Group Product Manager for the Urology and Gynecology Divisions. Since leaving Boston Scientific he has worked as Chief Operating Officer at Vasca, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Spectranetics. Steve has twice led large organizations through rapid periods of market and organizational growth. He earned his MBA from Texas Christian University in 1988, and BBA from the University of Wisconsin in 1986.
