Medivance, Inc. is a global medical device company based in Colorado. The company develops, manufactures and markets proprietary therapeutic temperature management solutions.

Founded in 1998, Medivance provides clinicians with safe, easy and precise methods for regulating body temperature. Established in Critical Care Units and Emergency Departments in hospitals worldwide, Medivance′s advanced devices potentially improve outcomes in patients who have suffered cardiac arrest, heart attack, stroke, brain injury, neurogenic fever, trauma or other critical illness. Medivance's award-winning Arctic Sun^® Therapeutic Temperature Management System has received FDA 510(k) clearance, the CE Mark, and marketing approvals and registrations from the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW), Canadian Therapeutic Products Directorate, and the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration.

Medivance manufactures its products in a 15,000 ft² facility in Louisville, Colorado and supports a direct sales organization in North America as well as distribution partners in Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia.
